My name is Eirik Haustveit and this is hopefully going to be my new weblog of some of my electronic adventures. I find most fields of engineering and science to be facinating, but I have a particular interest in electrical and electronic engineering. Especially power electronics, radio communication, and embedded systems where software meets hardware. But really anything electrical you could throw at me, I am sure I would be intrigued by it.
My amateur radio callsign is (as you might have guessed) LA2KTA. I am not terribly active on the air, but I do experiment with various radio equipment.
This website is still in early development and there is not too much to be found here. My plan is to write about some of my projects when I feel inspired.
Social Media
I am generally worried (concerned, or scared even) about the influence that social media has upon us as a population. Privacy is one thing to worry about, mass manipulation is another. I do however use github.
